The West Contra Costa Association of REALTORS® received its charter from the National Association of REALTORS® in 1938. Our charge is to assure compliance with the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and to provide our members the tools and resources necessary to conduct their business in a manner that serves their business interests and the interests of our community.

Following the policies and traditions of over 100 years, we are the “Voice for Real Estate” in Western Contra Costa County and an advocate for homeownership and private property rights.

By joining with the National and State Association of REALTORS®, we offer our members along list of programs, products, and services that enable REALTORS® to provide the best professional service possible to clients in the communities in which they live and work.

As a not-for-profit corporation, WCCAR is governed by real estate professionals elected by their peers. The staff at WCCAR implements those programs and services that working professionals believe will best enable our members to serve their clients’ interests.

By advocating for the preservation of private property rights on behalf of all, WCCAR we are working to keep the dream of home ownership alive and financial goals of those in our community within reach. Through our government relations, education, technology, professional standards, and data sharing programs WCCAR is the resource for real estate professionals.
